1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms under which Chandresh Pratap Singh (Proprietor of Bookvippo) ("we", "us", or "our") processes refunds and cancellations for the Bookvippo SaaS platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your Bookvippo subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
- Monthly/Annual Plans: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
- Immediate Termination: If you wish to terminate access immediately and delete data, please contact support; however, this does not automatically trigger a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
As a provider of digital software-as-a-service (SaaS), we generally maintain a No Refund Policy. However, we may consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If a technical error on our part prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours and our support team cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error.
- Unintentional Renewal: Refund requests made within 24 hours of an automatic renewal may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
In compliance with international payment standards and Razorpay's merchant guidelines:
- Method: Approved refunds will be credited back only to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
- Timeline: Once initiated, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank statement or card balance. This duration is subject to your bank's processing times.
- Forex Rates: For international transactions, the refund amount will be processed in the currency of the original transaction. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or bank fees applied by your local financial institution.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback through their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your Bookvippo account.
