1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Chandresh Pratap Singh (Proprietor of Bookvippo) through the website bookvippo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Bookvippo provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for business automation, including website design tools, SEO management, and digital campaign coordination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Subscription, Payments & Forex

Billing: Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through authorized third-party gateways (Razorpay).
Currency: For international clients, prices may be displayed in USD/EUR/GBP. The final amount charged will include applicable currency conversion rates provided by our payment processor.
Taxes: You are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in your jurisdiction. For Indian customers, GST will be applied as per statutory norms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Chandresh Pratap Singh (Proprietor of Bookvippo). This includes software, logos, trademarks, and technical documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations.

5. User Obligations & Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our SaaS.
Use the service for any illegal activities as per the laws of India or your local jurisdiction.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandresh Pratap Singh (Proprietor of Bookvippo) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bahraich/Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
